Terms of Service

1. Service Description

fuelmanager is a fuel monitoring platform consisting of a hardware device (flow meter) and a web portal for managing and viewing refueling data.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. User Account

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials
• One account corresponds to a single organization/company
• You must be at least 18 years old to register

4. Plans and Payments

• The service is available in plans with different features (Free, Base, Pro, Enterprise)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at expiration
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the portal or by contacting us
• No refunds are provided for partial periods already paid

5. Use of Service

The user agrees to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not interfere with the operation of the service or devices
• Not decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the software
• Not share the device token with unauthorized third parties

6. Hardware Device

• The device must be installed according to the instructions provided
• The user is responsible for proper power supply and WiFi connection
• Hardware warranty follows applicable regulations (24 months for consumers)
• Unauthorized modifications to the device void the warranty

7. Data and Ownership

• Data entered by the user remains the property of the user
• The user can export their data at any time (CSV/PDF)
• The software, design, and fuelmanager brand are the exclusive property of the owner

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates. Users will be notified of prolonged interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by user hardware failures
• We are not responsible for business decisions based on service data
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months

10. Termination

• The user may delete their account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon deletion, data will be removed within 30 days

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the service owner's place of residence.
